Season Equipment Guide

For those wondering what equipment your player will need for the season, please see the information below.

Please note: For ALL levels, bats MUST be labeled with the “USA Baseball” certification. Bats with any other certifications (including USSSA or “travel” bats) will NOT be permitted at practices or games.

T-Ball

• Glove (9–10.5” recommended)
• Teams will have some shared bats and helmets available
• Jersey (t-shirt) and hat provided
• Athletic pants/sweatpants recommended for comfort
• No special shoes required

We also have a number of used gloves donated to the league, which will be distributed first come, first serve while supplies last. If your player needs one, we can likely provide it.

Peanut

• Glove
• USA Baseball certified bat only (basic/affordable bat is perfectly fine)
• Team helmets and shared bats available
• Jersey (t-shirt) and hat provided
• Athletic pants or baseball pants optional
• Turf shoes or cleats recommended (turf shoes often provide better traction on harder fields)
• Athletic protective cup recommended for male players

Farm

• Personal glove required
• USA Baseball certified bat only
• No USSSA or “travel” bats allowed
• Players often have their own bat and helmet, though team helmets are available
• Jersey and hat provided
• Baseball pants recommended
• Turf shoes or cleats strongly recommended
• Athletic protective cup recommended for male players

Suited

• Personal glove required
• USA Baseball certified bat only
• No USSSA or “travel” bats allowed
• Many players have their own bats and helmets (team helmets available)
• Jersey and hat provided
• Baseball pants recommended
• Turf shoes or cleats recommended
• Athletic protective cup recommended for male players
